Motivational SpeakerA motivational speaker is a person skilled in a particular field, most usually business related, who is hired to speak to a company's employees, or just to management, in order to spur the group, or motivate the group, to be more goal achieving or more goal oriented. Motivational speakers can be seen at seminars open to the paying public, and may be used for sporting teams both on the school and the professional level. Even church groups will use motivational speakers. Perhaps preachers were the first to actually practice this art of motivational speaking. In any case, great public speaking skills are a required element for every motivational speakers.
